Policy on cookies and other trackers

In the present policy (the "Policy"), terms and expressions beginning with a capital letter, whether used in the singular or plural, have the meaning given to them in the Site's General Conditions of Use (the "GCU").

The purpose of the Policy is to present the terms and conditions of use of cookies and other tracers by the Publisher in order to enable Internet users to benefit from the services offered on the Site and to improve their experience.

1- Cookies

1.1. Definition
A "cookie" is a small text file or software element, such as "pixel tags", which records information or data (the "Data") relating to the browsing habits of the Internet user's terminal (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when he/she consults the Site. This Data is recorded on the server of the Site that the Internet user visits, or locally on the browser used. The main attributes of a "cookie" are: the domain name, the operating system, the date and time of access by the Internet user, the name of the server that deposited it, an identifier in the form of a unique number, possibly an expiry date, and information entered by the Internet user via Web forms. This Data may also be collected when the Internet User uses the Publisher's applications, Android identifiers or "IDFAs". For the purposes of this Policy, all these devices will be referred to as "Cookies". Cookies are not used to determine the identity of an Internet user visiting the Site. In particular, they are used to determine the Internet user's geographical location and language of display, in order to improve navigation. They also make it possible to process information concerning the Internet user's visit to the Site, such as the pages consulted and searches carried out, in order to improve the Site's content, track the user's centers of interest and offer the most suitable content. Cookies cannot damage the Internet user's terminal.
1.2. Consent of the Internet user
On first connection or after 13 months without a visit, the Internet User is free to accept or refuse the use of Cookies by the Publisher on its Site. If the Internet User does not wish Cookies to be installed or read on his terminal, a refusal cookie will be deposited by his terminal so that the Publisher is aware of the refusal. Similarly, a consent cookie will be deposited if the Internet User accepts the installation of a cookie. Internet users may modify their refusal or consent to the use of cookies at any time by clicking on the "Cookies Preferences" link at the bottom of the Site page.
1.3. Management of cookies on the Site by the Internet user

1.3.1. Cookie configuration
The Internet user has the option of configuring his or her browser so that Cookies are stored in his or her terminal or rejected, either systematically or according to the person issuing the Cookies.

1.3.2. Deleting cookies
The Internet user also has the option of regularly deleting cookies from his or her terminal by means of the browser used. It should be noted, however, that deleting cookies may also result in the deletion of any settings previously made.

1.3.3. Changing cookie settings
To modify or delete Cookies, the Internet user must go to the browser's help menu to find out how to do so. 1.4. Categories of cookies used?

The Publisher has identified the following (5) categories of cookies used: • Technical cookies: these cookies are necessary for the operation of the Site and cannot be deactivated in our systems. They enable Internet users to move around the Site and use its functionalities. No consent is required for these cookies.
• Functional cookies: these enable the Editor to memorize the user's preferences on the Site, and are used to offer improved and personalized functionalities on the Site. To store information relating, for example, to a form you have filled in or to a requested Service (subscribed services, wish list). The use of these cookies requires the consent of the Internet user.
• Audience measurement cookies: these enable the Publisher to analyze the Internet user's browsing habits and measure the Site's audience. The use of these cookies requires the user's consent.

• Advertising cookies: these enable the Publisher and its partners to analyze the Internet user's centers of interest in order to offer personalized advertising. The use of these cookies requires your consent. If you do not accept these cookies, you will see non-personalized advertisements. The Internet user is invited to consult the data protection notices published by the Publisher's partners:

• Social network sharing buttons: these enable the Editor to share the content of its Site with other people, or to inform them of the Internet user's consultation or opinion. If the Internet user uses these buttons, the social network concerned may collect data. The Publisher has no influence over the data collected by social networks via these buttons. The Internet user is invited to consult the data protection notices published by the Publisher's partners:

2. Other trackers

2.1. IP addresses
An IP address is a unique identifier that certain electronic devices use to identify themselves and communicate with each other on the Internet. When the Internet user consults the Site, the Publisher may use the IP address of the device used for the connection in order, in particular, to determine the general physical location of the device and to know from which geographical region visitors to the Site come.
2.2. Statistics
The Site uses Google Analytics to generate statistical reports. These reports provide the Publisher with information on the number of visitors to the Site, which pages of the Site are most frequently visited, the geographical area from which visitors come, etc. The information relating to traffic on the Site is collected by Google Analytics. Information relating to traffic on the Site is only available to authorized personnel. The Publisher does not use any of this information to identify visitors and does not share it with any third party.

3. Protection of personal data

In connection with the use of cookies and other tracking devices as described above, the Publisher may process personal data concerning the Internet user, in its capacity as data controller. Such processing is carried out after obtaining the Internet user's consent to the use of Cookies as described in article 1.2 of the Policy.
It is further specified that the Publisher is not responsible for third-party Cookies and the resulting processing of personal data when the Internet User gives his/her consent to the use of said Cookies. The issue and use of these Cookies are governed by the privacy policy of the Third Party. The Publisher therefore advises the Internet user to refer to said policies for information on such processing.
In addition, it is specified that the personal data collected in connection with the operation of Cookies are processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which came into force on 28 May 2018, and Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms in its current version.
