Our three CSR pillars
By adopting these guidelines, we set a framework for a holistic approach that addresses every aspect of our business. We also engage our stakeholders through a shared language and framework.
Pillar 1 — Our social impact
- Offering all employees an inclusive work environment that supports their wellbeing.
- Maintaining ethical and responsible relationships with all stakeholders, including suppliers, partners and clients.
- Promoting gender equality within our company.
Pillar 2 — Our environmental impact
- Fostering a culture of environmental responsibility among our employees and in our workplaces.
- Continuously reducing our carbon footprint. Developing new initiatives that set the benchmark for the sector.
Pillar 3 — Our societal and educational impact
- Training and supporting the development of each of our employees.
- Creating an environment that unlocks every child's potential and helps them develop the key skills they need for the future.
Reducing our emissions — A climate trajectory to 2033
Since 2023, every country in the group has carried out a full carbon footprint assessment, covering Scopes 1, 2 and 3 under the GHG Protocol. Ambitious climate roadmaps have been built in each country, reflecting local circumstances.
Decarbonisation plans are built around 5 action areas shared by all countries: building energy performance, reducing the food footprint, sustainable mobility, responsible procurement and waste management.
- 5 countries — Scope 1, 2 and 3 carbon footprints
- 2033 — target year for decarbonisation plans
- SBTi — France committed to the Science Based Targets initiative
