Our CSR commitments

Sustainable Development Goals — United Nations

Pilier 1
Our social impact

Offering all employees an inclusive work environment that supports their wellbeing.

Maintaining ethical and responsible relationships with all stakeholders, including suppliers, partners and clients.

Promoting gender equality within our company.

Pilier 2
Our environmental impact

Fostering a culture of environmental responsibility among our employees and in our workplaces.

Continuously reducing our carbon footprint. Developing new initiatives that set the benchmark for the sector.

Pilier 3
Our societal and educational impact

Training and supporting the development of each of our employees.

Creating an environment that unlocks every child's potential and helps them develop the key skills they need for the future.

By adopting these guidelines, we set a framework for a holistic approach that addresses every aspect of our business. We also engage our stakeholders through a shared language and framework, making it easier to work together and progress together.
Building on our strategy, we have defined our CSR commitments, which motivate our teams and guide our day-to-day practices.
01
Reducing our emissions

A climate trajectory to 2033

Since 2023, every country in the group has carried out a full carbon footprint assessment, covering Scopes 1, 2 and 3 under the GHG Protocol. Ambitious climate roadmaps have been built in each country, reflecting local circumstances.

Decarbonisation plans are built around 5 action areas shared by all countries: building energy performance, reducing the food footprint, sustainable mobility, responsible procurement and waste management.
